Get the most out of your Colombian coffee with these brewing methods. Our medium-roast beans from Apia Risaralda, showcase beautiful floral and citrus notes when brewed properly.

☕ Pour Over (V60, Chemex)

Grind: Medium-fine (like table salt)

Ratio: 1:16 (1g coffee to 16g water)

Water Temperature: 195-205°F (90-96°C)

Brew Time: 3-4 minutes

Method: Bloom for 30 seconds with 2x coffee weight in water, then pour in slow, circular motions

Best For: Highlighting the bright, floral notes of our Colombian beans

20g of coffee with 320g of water total brew time 3mintues and 30 seconds, pour 50g of water, then let it sit for 30-45seconds, then gently pour up to 200g, sit for 5-10secs, and finally gently pour the rest for our total of 320g and enjoy!

🫖 French Press

Grind: Coarse (like breadcrumbs)

Ratio: 1:15 (1g coffee to 15g water)

Water Temperature: 195-205°F (90-96°C)

Brew Time: 4 minutes

Method: Add coffee, pour hot water, stir gently, steep for 4 minutes, then press slowly

Best For: Full-bodied cup that emphasizes the caramel sweetness

☕ Espresso

Grind: Fine (like powdered sugar)

Dose: 18-20g for double shot

Water Temperature: 200-203°F (93-95°C)

Extraction Time: 25-30 seconds

Yield: 36-40g liquid

Best For: Concentrated flavor showcasing the complexity of our Colombian terroir

🧊 Cold Brew

Grind: Extra coarse

Ratio: 1:8 (1g coffee to 8g water)

Water Temperature: Room temperature or cold

Brew Time: 12-24 hours

Method: Combine coffee and water, steep in refrigerator, strain through fine filter

Best For: Smooth, sweet coffee perfect for hot days
