We want you to love your coffee! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened bags within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Window: 14 days from delivery date

Condition: Coffee bags must be unopened and in original packaging

Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Step 2: We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label

Step 3: Package your coffee securely and attach the return label

Step 4: Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Step 5: Receive your refund within 3-5 business days of our receipt

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

If your coffee arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at Contact@buenasolcoffee.com with photos of the issue.

We'll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

💰 Refund Information

Refund Method: Original payment method

Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International Returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
