We roast every small batch right in Colombia and place direct orders on a monthly cadence. By limiting batch size and shipping fresh beans each month, your coffee arrives within weeks of roast, so you always get peak flavor and aroma in every cup. Each bag includes the roast date so you know exactly how fresh your coffee is.

Colombian coffee is renowned for its balanced flavor profile, bright acidity, and full body. Our beans come from the high-altitude regions of Alto San Rafael, Apia, where the volcanic soil and ideal climate create perfect growing conditions. The result is coffee with distinctive floral, citrus, and caramel notes.

Store your coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep beans in an airtight container and avoid storing in the refrigerator or freezer. For best results, grind your coffee just before brewing and use within 2-4 weeks of the roast date.

Our Colombian coffee works excellently with pour-over methods (V60, Chemex), French press, and espresso. For pour-over, we recommend a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio with water heated to 195-205°F. Adjust grind size and brewing time to taste.

Currently, we specialize in medium roast coffee that highlights the natural flavors of our Colombian beans. This roast level provides the perfect balance of origin characteristics and roasted notes, showcasing the floral and citrus qualities of our high-altitude beans.
