Single Origin · Apía, Risaralda, Colombia

Experience the vibrant essence of the Colombian Andes with our Castillo Rosario Whole Bean Coffee, grown sustainably and organically at high altitudes in Alto San Rafael, Apía, nestled near the biodiverse Tatamá mountains.

Grown exclusively on our family farm, each coffee cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness, ensuring only the finest beans make it to your cup. This small-lot production allows us to maintain full control over quality from seed to roast, cultivating with care, harvesting with intention, and honoring the land with regenerative practices.

The renowned Castillo variety, engineered by Cenicafé for its natural resistance to leaf rust and prized flavor. This micro-lot, known as “Rosario,” reflects the distinct soil, altitude, and care found on our farm. Its unique character is a direct result of both its origin and our intentional cultivation.

Tasting Notes: Floral aromatics are layered with citrus brightness and sweet undertones of honey and panela, resulting in a clean, balanced profile with a silky mouthfeel and vibrant acidity.
